Rotary International is proud to sponsor programmes to benefit the young people of the world. The Rotary Club of Tsawwassen is a great believer in this aspect of service to our community and there are many ways that the leaders of tomorrow can participate today. Examples of the opportunities for participation include: Youth Exchange   Where a high school student is sent to another country to study the language and culture for an entire school year Short Term Exchange Program (STEP)   A short term, international exchange programme where two high school students exchange a stay in the other’s country Rotary Youth Leadership Award   An intensive training program for community youth leaders. Young people chosen for their leadership potential attend an all-expenses-paid seminar to discuss leadership skills and to hone those skills through practice. Adventures in...   Where we introduce youth to diverse career opportunities by sponsoring high school students from our area to a Rotary Adventure program.
